Port Kembla Marine Fuels was established in 2003 and has been supplying marine fuels to vessels at Port Kembla New South Wales Australia.
The port Kembla terminal has been a working bunker terminal since the 1960's with owners such as MOBIL and BHP and now PKMF.
Although young in age we are rich in experience with staff that has over 15 years experience working with Marine Fuels at the Port Kembla Bunker Terminal.
With some 150 Bunkers completed safely and reliably by the end of 2003. PKMF can confidently say we are here to stay as Kembla's leading bunker supplier.
The Marine Fuels business operates 7 Days a Week 24 hours a day.
At Port Kembla 380 cst 180 cst MDO and MGO are available. Marine Fuels are supplied to vessels by direct pipeline or by Road Tanker.
Bunkers can be delivered while working most cargos in Port Kembla.
Oil Spill Response
The bunkering terminal in Port Kembla has an oil spill response capability that exceeds the Marine Oil Spill and Pollution (MOSAP) guidelines.
Port Kembla Marine Fuels has oil spill response equipment in Port Kembla that can be immediately deployed and complements the equipment available through the local Port Authority. As a minimum training requirement, all bunkering personal have attended a three day oil spill response course run by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA).
